What is the purpose of the tent on the head lights? looks or is it functional?

Thanks crowbar, I thought that eyelids would look cool on my black HHR, now I know...oh yeah I also know that I don't get credit for coming up with a new mod...Can I use it anyway...hahaha

Strictly functional. Didn't you know that will net you at least 10 HP?
