Anyone know where to get a hood scoop for HHR SS?
Well one thing you can do if your budget allows, is to get a hood from a salvage yard, have it scooped or experiment on it yourself. If you like the end results, swap it out for your stock hood, but if you get the hood done and think...oh crap, what did I do, you're just out the cost of a salvage hood and materials. Your HHR will still be stock and ready for another idea.
Im on the site now actual about to register but its just a blank email page to send, I thought maybe it would a form to fill out? what do I put? just my name and car info?

Batman your back, Sorry I thought you bought a "V" and drove off into the sunset, I think "Moon" got his inspiration from yours. How's the Bat machine holding up, you must be over 100k by now?
OOPS, guess He's not back winder if the bought the caddy, would love to hear how they handle.

I tried to buy this one.

I like it the BEST, I think it flows nicely with the HHR's hoods curves and is a nice retro cowl look.
But he is no longer making and selling them.
I got an email reply saying he maybe doing a Full Fiberglass Hood with it instead. He said there were problems with people installing it and they complained about seam cracks.
Thats POOR Installation on the buyers part, weather they did it themselves or had a bodyshop do it.
I had heard that a full hood was gonna be offered many months ago by others from him, guess he is still just saying he's making one in the next few months and hasn't so far.
I Doubt very much he is really going to make them.
As a former body and Fender Man, i know how to install it, wish he had ONE left when I had contacted him about it.

I Really WANT this one for my Panel.
