Benevento Dual Flap Wind Guard
Benevento Dual Flap Wind Guard
After suffering from the dreaded broken sunroof wind guard failure, I decided rather than replace the factory wind guard for $800, I installed the $100 Benevento dual flap wind guard.

Likes:
1) Easy install and uses clips to lock deflector in channel (10 min)
2) Good quality plastic
3) Looks OK on the HHR
4) Dramatically cuts down on wind noise
5) Creates a wind tunnel when the flaps are open
Dislikes:
1) Very large area of open sunroof (1/8) is now blocked by deflector
2) Flaps may move from locked position at high speeds (75 mph). They need to be tightened via small screws located on the top of the flap.
Overall, I'm pleased with it so as long as the flaps stay tight.

I've got the same visor, but haven't been able to get it installed correctly. For some reason the one I have doesn't seem to want to follow the contour of the roof, and will not tighten securely.
Did I miss anything when trying to install the clips?

not wrong lol just thought I'd ask 😅 I've been on the hunt for those sunroof visors since the company went outta business.
