I am currently using the mothers clay bar kit, works very well, just make sure to get all the large stuff off first.

As far as your clay bar goes any brand will be ok, just make sure you keep it well lubricated. As far as wax goes I highly recomend this....

Weather is almost good enough to clay and wash and wax. 37 right now, but going to be over 80 friday and saturday.

i still have not found time to put it on my car. i found a local dealer that gave me free samples and great service. he shipped to me the product before he saw any $. sent me a bill with the product. the wax is supposed to stay on after many , many washes . it was designed for industrial use , then evolved into marine and auto use.

What he said. ^^^
My Blackie just sparkles with their products--washed once a month with water, and the rest of the time it is detailer, wax, clay bar, etc.

My car is outside 24/7 so when the SoCal lads give me the on how clean Blackie is, I know I've done a good job!

Yes, it actually is black. So you are saying use the black liquid wax instead of the Mcquire? right? Also is the shipping reasonable? Thanks
