Bowtie mod for the holiday weekend

I finally painted my rear bowtie to get rid of the much-despised gold color.

Rattle can. I used Duplicolor T-400 V-Red. Pretty good match. The black over chrome was hand painted. It took a few apps of clearcoat to get the match right. Couple hour job.

Now I'm thinking about the front and replacing the crappy decal.

Wow I really love that! I suggest that you definitely redo the front to match as well. I may just have to grab a can of that Duplicolor and redo mine. I like the chrome around the red on mine now so you don't have to worry about a copycat lol.

On the car. No brainer to mask it off. It would have been real tricky to spray the black with masking so I hand painted that. (easy too).
