You still want to use a good quality wash to remove everything you can from the paint before you clay.

I don't think he meant "you" as in YOU, just "you" as in maker of products like Maquires.

"You" means a company that makes products.

You (a company) may make one product that is great, but you (same company) may make another product that is not so great.

If you (your detailing business) do not make anything, it does not appy to you.
