Carbon Fibre look

While a the Goodguys car show this weekend, I stumbled across a Mustang, with some very real looking carbon fibre racing stripes on it. Talking to the guys, I found that it is some new stuff from 3M, call DI-Noc.
I got on their site and checked out their info, and ordred two samples. I was so impressed, I just might use this stuff on my SS for the racing stripe I plan to put on soon.
Anyone intrested, just Goggle up CarbonFibreGear.com, and check it out. Looks like you can use this stuff, for a lot of different applications.
Here is the pic. I took of the the Mustang with the application.

Sorry, did'nt take very many pics. I worked the Pinstripers Bash all weekend, and the rest of the time went around seeing old friends, ect., and you know me, I can B.S. with the best of them. Not much on taking pictures, but will try to take more in the future[and maybe less B.S......then again].
Getting back into doing more shows again[with prodding from Gary Medors[Goodguys promoter], so I'll have the oppurtunity to take more pics. "Moon"

O.K. I found a few pics. from the show. Since I'm sort of computer challanged, what size should I edit the pics. to, so they won't be so big, on here? "Moon"

We only saw one other HHR (Red SS) at the show on Saturday besides us and Moon.

A friend of mine used something similar that looks like the real thing. It's very flexible and can conform to most contours. I'll have to get a link and post it up here.

EDIT: got the link- http://www.decalfx.com/carbon_2_sheets.html

Realest looking CF Vinyl out there! I was gonna use the 3m / Neffy DI-NOC but that was only available in flat, I wanted glossy to match all my other little CF bits. <--- my friend's words, not mine lol

Hmmm, Carbon fiber on black.

That could either turn out real subtle cool, or just disappear.

How well will it conform to an HHR's compound curves? Bubbles would suck.
