Type in "Vent Visors" into the "Search" Function in the orange bar at the top right of the screen and you will bring up threads on the topic.

I put the stick on visors on our HHR. Now after 4 Years I've noticed the visor itself is separating from the tape in a couple of places. If I had it to do over I'd go with the in-channel visors. I think they do look better, I might even switch over sometime.

Also the "tape" won't try to peel the paint off when you have to replace them,,and you will.(If you own it long enough)

Well, my Bravada just turned 10 years old and my S10 4x4 is 8 years old. Both have the stick on ventshades and are still holding up like new. Really. In fact, I took the S10 to the carwash today and was looking at them through the window and they didn't budge (I don't usually use automatic car washes, but it was 20F outside today).

Perhaps the installation of them makes a difference. Those that I bought use the 3M automotive trim adhesive (not the white foam crap). When I put them on, I first cleaned the surface with paint thinner, dried it, then cleaned it with alcohol. I made sure that the ambient temp was between 70F and 75F as was the vehicle surfaces and the ventshades. I made sure that every square inch of mating surface received a good amount of pressure.

Well I had the AVS stick on vent visors on my 1998 S-10 since right after buying it new....They still looked fine when I let it go in Aug. 09 to get my HHR
So I went with the same brand AVS, (which is made by LUND),
but went in-channel for my Panel.. Looks much cleaner imo.
& they have warranty, limited on scratching, & lifetime on breakage..

I have the NIB rears listed in the Classifieds here.
I'd practically give them away for little more than shipping cost. Case anyone wants an extra set of Rears with warranty paperwork & etc..
