Can't find the Chevrolet script with double sided tape. I really don't want to
drill holes in the hood but I love the look.

You have to cut/grind the studs off yourself, then 3M tape it.

That's how I did it alot of work but what a final result!
Amazing looking...
My favorite upgrade.

Be careful when grinding off the studs to not allow the emblems to get to hot. You can run the risk of annealing the surface and having the heat create that same iridescent haze the chrome tail pipes on motorcycles get. Once the studs are gone, simply apply 3M tape across the back in straight touching rows until the whole back of the emblem is covered. Turn it over and carefully Xacto knife around the emblem, remove excess tape, and your good to go :)

For those of you that are reluctant to use adhesive emblems, I have used magnetic business card holders (sticky on one side) to trace my HHR letters so I can move, use or not use as I please. Works really well and I've not lost a single one yet.

I like the vinyl scripts I have seen but this is what I used on my '08 Panel.
I ground off the studs and used 3M tape. It never comes off. But you can use a blow dryer to take them off with no damage if you want.

The dash script is very small 3/8 by 5 1/4 and was originally used on the dash of 1950s Chevy's. I love it on mine.

Most of these scripts are abvailable on eBay and the ones I have purchased are good quality.
