Chrome Vintage Script - New script

For those with the old-school Chevrolet scripts on their hoods, what do y'all think of this "HHR" script for the rear hatch? I am sort of fond of the look. It might look good replacing the block "HHR" letters. God Bless, Marc

In explaination, I am thinking I could make one or several of these. Two '55 scripts would provide the needed "h", "h", and "r" letters. I could cut them to fit, and attach (epoxy) them to a backing piece of plastic. A mould could then be made, cleaned up, and metal scripts cast. The chrome plating is something I am not very conversant in, but I have a friend that was a college materials and metals prefessor that could help. I think it looks pretty convincing. Just a fun thought. God Bless, Marc

save yourself a little cash, cut off the H and use it to make a rubber mold then make as many Hs as you want if you cast Hs and Rs in plastic, glueing modding would be easy.....

Just a thought...

Update on "hhr" script

Hi folks, I got a positive response from Mark at Mutton Hollow restoration parts about making these if I can mock one up. I'll be working on it as soon as I get the scripts and keep you all posted. God Bless, Marc
