Color Ideas For Dash Kit

I'm thinking about putting a dash kit on my HHR like Inspector just did. I have the Cashmere interior and was wondering what color all of you think might look best. HERE is the link to their site.

Here's the colors I'm thinking about. They do have some installed pics HERE that give me some notion of what to expect.

Birdseye Burlwood

Honey Burlwood

Medium Burlwood (doesn't look this dark on install pics)

Platinum Burlwood

If you could get an actual sample, I would try the medium burlwood. Seems like it would "pull" the cashmere as well as the orange for a nice blend of colors. The others seem too light and the honey seems awful "orangey" to me.

Those are good kits, that's where we got Bonnie's.

I've seen the medium installed and it is pretty much that dark.

Don't have any suggestions. It is an easy install though. You'll really like it. Me, I went the paint route.

Deb....

I only have one suggestion for you. Do what YOU like.

Based on my family's previous construction business, men almost always pick a wood which shows more grain. And, you may not be happy with the results, maybe "geared" toward men.

O'k maybe one more suggestion....get the female members' opinions.

I'm leaning more towards the 2nd & 3rd one...but not sure if the one will be too pink. Decisions, decisions...I'm sure the ladies will be by and give me a notion of what they like too. The more opinions...the merrier.

Thanks for all the comments so far.

Karen...would that be similar to the Honey Burlwood? Could you post a pic or two or give me a link to photos? That sounds really nice, but they don't have "rosewood" per se. Thanks in advance.
