Cool eBay find for Leather Seats
Check out this set of HHR logos for leather seats. The picture looks cool, so I ordered a set. For less than $10, how could you go wrong. Hopefully this will add something to otherwise dull seats.

lol..Nice catch. I noticed that too. Wouldn't a cardboard cut out and a can of that spray CJ used for his seats work just as well?

it did fair on cloth but would work great on leather. the can of paint will run you $10 to $12 with tax or the Duplicolor is around $5 to $6 and the paper is a couple of dollars.
next time i do the cloth i am going to put an extra coat of spray contact cement to help it.
but it would work and last alot longer and never crack or peel.

I e-mailed a guy that bought a set of these awhile back, and he said they look awesome on his seats and that they were very easy to install. Also, you would not be able to paint the letters from a cut out because the paint would bleed and the letters would be distorted; one mistake with paint and you'll pay big money to replace the leather headrest. For less than $10, this should be well worth it and I'll take my chances.

as i said earlier, they make a paper that is peel and stick just for painting over, so there is no bleed on the lettering. you print the letters on it, cut out the letters, peel, position and stick it on,,, paint over it. it is how i also did the bass clef on the doors and the HHR logos on the back of my HHR
and to take off the paint if you screw up, use acetone on a white cloth towell or a diaper,,,i used a diaper... it takes it right off w no problems on vinly, leather and believe it or not, even cloth. i got rid of all overspray that happened because some of the tape that came loose cause of the paint drying on it and pulling it tight.
