Couple things I'm working on!

I know there's a couple other threads covering this same thing but hey I want my own.....I like attention!

Here's an item recently purchased from Carman:

Here's a little something bought off ebay:

Here's that grill again:

Logos? What logos?

And here's a little Kandy paint on the hood?

I'll keep updating this thread as we get closer to a finished product!

Ok, sometimes you get into a project and you just can't stop til it's done. My brother was up all night..............

Recognize your grill Carman? It's black for now but will eventually be covered with the marblized blue flames. The rear-wiper delete is plugged for now but will be welded and finished off soon. We took it out since we had the inner panel off anyway.

Lot's of work! You can see in the one pic, you have a pretty big hole after grinding out all of the emblem. We then used some sticky backed rubber sheeting for support, then globbed on some plastic resin. After drying you sand and grind and grind and sand til you get the right shape, then prime and paint.

The guy that did my grill Bowtie removal said it's something he doesn't want to do again! He commented it was a PITA!
