I was bored today and decided to try something new. I know its with electrical tape but thats all i had lol, what do ya think of this? I could maybe find someone that can make me a pair out of fiberglass, i dont know if i would want vinyl cuz then it wont shine like my car. But like i said i know it looks ghetto right now but if it was dont right i think i would like it alot if i doesnt take away too much headlight at night.

 

I like it. You could use nite shade paint and mask off want you don't want tinted. You can make it light or dark depending on how many coats you put on. Plus, you can put a clear coat on it to make it shiny. I haven't personally used it yet, but I plan to do my tail lights soon. Vinyl could work too though. I have vinyl headlight covers and they're pretty shiny.

If you don't want light shining through at all, then you might have to do something else.

Nope i want the kinda like growl look like mean eyes lol, those dont come down enough.

 

Too BMW-esque for my liking. It probably would cut down on your lighting, but not too much.

 

You should leave it as is. Makes your HHR look like it has a lazy eye.

I like the evil eye look It's a little bit thicker of a lid than what everyone else has right now.

 

I am already in the process of making some out of fiberglass, I had to take a break because I got too busy with my door panels but once finished I might be able to send you the mold I made.
