What can I say? Thanx for the cudos. Right now I'm tryin' to get things together to put a wood & stainless floor in. I'm also workin'on dressin' up under the hood. I ordered a new valve cover the other day. When it comes i'll be sending it off to be chromed. Gonna do some stainless and billet and paint under there too. I've also been thinkin' about maybe painting the whole car satin black. Oh yeah, fender skirts also. It all takes time and it's still never done. I'm glad you all enjoy it. Thanx again.

Not that I'm partial to this style but yes, yes, yes, YES, and OH YES! Then the only thing missing to make it MY dream car would be ol-timey patinated repair garage signage.

Very Nice Car and Mods. The Wood and Stainless floor idea sounds very cool. One caution from semi-personal experience, a friend of mine put a great looking retro style polished hardwood floor in the bed of his pickup truck. He got rear-ended hard one night, and the boards impacted the cab of the truck and bent it in about 2 feet, breaking his back. A sheet metal bed would have just buckled and crushed. So point is, just think about how everything moves or crushes in a collision situation.

Well, I dont think that it could never happen to me, but I don't dwell on the fact that it could. If we all lived our lives worrying whether something that happened to someone else was going to happen to us we would never do anything. Believe me when I say that I'm aware of things that happen. I've been a truck driver for 30+ years and I've seen and been involved in my share of mishaps. All I can say is GOD looks out for me and when it's my turn for whatever HE sees fit for me then so be it, But in the meantime let's all have fun.
