Dustless Brake Pads

Does anyone know of a website that sells dustless brake pads? These rims are impossible to keep clean!

I bet even with the "dustless" ones you still get dust, it's just reduced.

Dunno where i'm at of the life of mine,(20K) but i've noticed lately i don't have near the amount of front wheel mess i used to see (every week i'd have to really clean up the fronts.)
I'd go with some kind of ceramic or something when i'm ready for a replace job.(they worked well on my Silverado)
