I ordered some grey premium floor mats that are the correct ones that match my vin, but when I put them in, they are way lighter almost white looking in comparison.



you can see from the picture that the border around the carpet is the correct color grey, and then the carpet is way light.

I checked the beige colored ones at another dealer and the border matched the inner carpet, which to me tells me they messed up.

The dealer i ordered them looked into the wrong color by checking with the manufacturer, but they said they could not do anything since they were discontinued, but the manufacture still sells them.

I really want these floor mats, Ive seen the correct color ones before offered used and am wondering why the manufacturer messed up on the color.

If the vender won't exchange them, you'll have to order the used set and sell the lite grey ones

 

I'm returning the light grey ones, no problem.

But what would I exchange them with, that's apparently all they have.

Does anyone have these in your car with the right color with some numbers I could use to get the correct ones???

 

And its not a vendor is the dealer and they spoke to the manufacturer.

and I don't know where I can get a used set in good condition?

 

Ok, quick update. apparently after phone call and long hold.
there still might be hope...
they have been sending the cashmere color instead of grey but marking it as grey.
so I'm going to see if i can order the right ones today!

No luck so far, everything is cashmere.

 

Nevermind, there is a cashmere color, grey color, and ebony color.

The grey I ordered is all you can get and it's way off. Any help is appreciated.

Second link doesn't work, but I'll have to email or call that first company to have them check the color first. Cause I've heard they are all the wrong grey from the manufacture due to an incorrect carpet sample from gm.
