FootRest

I love my HHR. There is not too much I would ever change of the design (except have a few more cup holders both front and rear) BUT I have been noticing one little thing. Other cars that I have had, the mfg had put a pad or a molded foot rest for your left foot. I am wondering if anyone has found something aftermarket or from the dealer that could be installed so I don't wind up ruining my carpet with these lovely chicago winters. Any suggestions will be extreemly apprecated.

I seem to remember somewhere on this forum reading, that those equipped with the manual transmission do not have a footpad

07 doesn't either. But the automatics do if I remember correctly.
