Front lip

Has anyone put a front lip on there hhr? do they make one? i want one that will sit right under the fog lights.... I did a search and saw that another member went the LOWES route buying that border trim for landscape or whatever it was...looks good but would like to fasten it higher on the bumper cover. not sure it'l work though because of the angle of the bumper..any ideas, suggestions?

i thought about that until i saw the price tag involved when doing that swap. would it look 100 times better? yes. i just dont want to have to have to get everything else besides the bumper to make it work. guess im too cheap..lol or i got mouths to feed!

If you're talking about a front air splitter, which mounts under the front bumper, then Yeah, one comning up soon.
I'm in the process of making up templates for a one piece and also two piece front air splitter. Rainy weather has kept me from crawing under frt. and finalizing the measurments.
I should have them done, and installed next month.
I'm also working on a rear air diffuser for under the rear bumper[a modified Pontaic G8 rear facia w/ diffuser. Will post photo's when finsihed. "Moon"

I'd like to see this but can't find it. Can you post a link to the ground keeper effect?

I was just checking out some options the other day. I know Extreme Dimensions has 'universal' splitters in both fiberglass and CF that may fit. They offer both a full lip and just the side 'splitters' like what Moon has in his sig pic. I'd love to get a CF setup myself honestly. Since the day that I bought my SS I've thought to myself that the front end would look killer w/ a CF lip!

Later

If anyone's interested in looking it up, their website's www.extremedimensions.com

Yes, I saw those and that's what I was referencing to. I'd get the CF lip(s) in a heartbeat, but I have no clue as to how to install it without drilling holes in it and possibly ruining a $300 lip.
