I haven't seen the ones on eBay you mention. For this one you remove the instrument panel from the car and disassemble. Pull the needles (tool included).Remove the OEM inlay and replace with the new ones. Hot glue the new overlay in place (you have to cut tabs to get the OEM one out) reassemble and install. The direction failed to mention that the trim piece on your dash is also held in with the push tabs along with the instrument panel. I don't like forcing something whenit doesn't come out easy. Took a while to figure out the tabs. but not a hard job.
