Good Day

I took today off and decided to spend it with the HHR. Did a few little mods to it.

Pedals, painted plastic under the hood, exhaust, and a new tip. For those wondering I went with a Magnaflow. I can't tell you what series, but it sounds nice. Not that fart can sound I was worried about. Tip came from Autozone.

Sorry, forgot a pic, but I also did the HHR 3rd brake light trick! Can't tell much in the day light, but night time it really stands out.

HMMM... how much did the magnaflow run ya? and did you just weld the muffler on or is that a cat back system... I have been thinking about getting rid of the turtle shell but dont want it to sound like a rice rocket... Looking for a nice low tone sound and nice and throaty (but not crazy loud) when pouring the coal to it.. is that what the magnaflow sounds like>?

I got the magnaflow at a local performance shop. It cost $95.01 out the door. Took it up to the local muffler shop and had it welded on, three welds and one hanger $50.00 out the door. I love the sound. Just a slight rumble when on the gas and quite in the car when cruising.

2.25 in/out. Polished stainless steel. 14325 non polished 11225. This is a offset/center that can be flipped either way for it to work.

I also reset the ecm which turned out to be fuse 41 under the hood. I'll let you know about mileage and anything else I find out.
