I had mine sprayed professionally or you could wait for the IPCW (smoke or black) LED taillights to come out. Maggie at www.raceandstreet.com will be selling those. Check out this thread: IPCW LED Taillights Group Buy

Yes, they are powder coated, I am very happy with the powder coated wheels, they hold up to the abuse and they clean really easy. I also plan on running some cobalt ss wheels, being I can find a good cheap set in my area. There is a guy in Sacramento with a white/silver panel on ss 18's blacked out and they look really good, but the dude is a punk and blew my off at a gas station last week when I tried to ask him a question.

I would like to see the pics of the black and smoke ones before I spend that kind of money on tail lights. I guess I will just wait it out then. THANKS for the info..

I work at a fleet repair shop here in Sacramento, and lets just say one of my vendors owed me a thing or two.. I dont know how much they usually are, but they didnt cost me a cent... I had the wheels on my 53 Chevy coated by a guy on craigs list last year, 150 bucks there not perfect but I thought he did a good job for the money, he had a back yard shop set up, it was pretty cool, the phone number I had for him doesnt work any longer....
