My car came with vinyl pinstrips from the dealer. I had them take it off. I did not like the look of it.

We are looking into it (Hand painted only)... Not sure what we want yet... We both don't want anything to gawdy... I want some real real light Ghost Flames... We have the dark silver HHR and I think the ghost flames would be awesome...

Anyone have any pictures of some really light ghost flames on the dark silver?

I don't care much for vinyl pinstrips either. A much higher quality effect can be achieved with hand painted pinstripes.

I'm with you Lee in Calfi... pinstripes shouldn't overpower the car. But should be used as an accent, a suttle accessory. Something that requires and deserves a second look.

I put the vinyl one on to see if I like the looks of it first. Just did not get to enjoy them before it got smashed. Guess I wait and see after they fix it.
But for the short time I did like the looks and so did everyone who seen them.

pinstriperMatt, that is a dangereous avatar to have in these here parts. Might get you strung up!! But personally I have no issue with PT Cruisers.

Let the flames begin.
