If I REALLY had to have that look, I would install it just for shows, I'd attack a look-alike strip to the windshield wiper itself, and just put that wiper on when I got to the show.

Yeah, for a show, maybe a chrom/black or color matching bar the is stuck on the glass with poster putty.
