Cool Headlights

Does the 08 HHR have a 9005, 9006 or 9007 size bulb?

anyone used or heard much of the PIAA Xtreme White Plus 4000K Bulbs ?

Actually they are H13 (9008). Silverstar High Performance are H13ST, or XtraVision Halogen are H13XV.

H13's! PIAA XTREMES Cost at least Double but are worth the extra cost as they seem to have better quality control! Some of the other brands seem to fail more often and if you don't already know they are a PITA to change out!

Not to mention the H13's sometimes seem a little harder to find.

Any bulb brighter than stock will have a shorter life. It's a non negotiable tradeoff of incandescent lamps. The ricer bulbs are all higher power to overcome the light loss of the blue tint.
