I just picked up a set (front & rear) of Goldline 1st Generation. Anyone know the difference between 1st generation and newer? Everyone had good luck with them and a smooth ride?

Dory is riding on 2nd Gen GLs. Love the ride! Even w/ over 1,000 lbs loaded into her, no rubbing at all!!

So, as I look at the picturs, it appears that Casper sits a bit lower than Dory? Thus, the Gold Line 1s are a bit lower? Any problem with rubbing? Thanks!

True statement. And notice Dory has more of a rake.

As stated above, no rubbing issues w/ the 2nd gen on Dory w/ stock 17s. I have heard from one other local riding on 1st gen having rubbing issues.

Thanks! Am also on 17s and will be adding snow tires as well. May wait until spring to install. Do love the lowered look.
