Ya the dome is a pest, but how about not being able to see the floor in the front seat at night. The reading lights on the rear view mirror don't exactly let you see stuff on the floor. Does anyone know of where to get underdash lights that will work with the dome light? My '06 HHR LT was a pain without them and I wouldn't mind having some floor lighting in my HHR SS.

 

get you some led lights and wire them to a toggle! quick easy fix

 

Where do I connect the wiring?

 

fuse panel located on the passenger side of center console. extra fuse location# 21 there, use add-a-circuit item from auto parts store.

 

make it fancy by wiring a relay to the dome lights, so it can switch on the new lights automatically.
