Okay the day after the rendevous I went and got some pinstripes. I wanted it painted but wasn't sure how I'd like it so for now it's tape, also I don't think they can paint a chrome stripe, can they? Anyway thanks to Sindy for the inspiration yours looks awesome . I still have to do some touch up around the door egdes. heres the pics.

Looks good. I didn't think I wanted pinstrips until I saw them on mine.

 

Yeah, definitely looks good. Was thinking about doing a similar line- maybe an airbrushed metallic silver band on black.

I love it. It follows the same line around that my woody kit does, and I just smile every time I see mine. Cool idea, chrome striping!

It looks good. I don't know that I'd worry a whole lot about getting it painted. I had mine striped with tape at the Biltmore run (maybe 9 months ago) and it still looks as good as it did on the first day.
