I was going to drop off CD's for Txsman2930 and on the way i stopped by Stonebridge Chevrolet in Frisco. they had a imperial blue but it was filthy, dusty dirty and a mess.

it was 2Lt loaded, just needed a wash. i used a CA duster to clean it some on one sides so it would take a better pic

Different. I like the first year blue better so far

 

its a dark blue w really small metallic in it. i took a close up pic and it just didnt show it.
i took a CA duster and wiped off the passenger side to get a better picture

i like the color,,,, like the Daytona but the dark imperial blue is really nice

what would really be killer is a HHR painted my Midnight Metallic Blue
in the sunlight this color really looks nice and rich
the daytona metallic blue actually looks like the metallic in my midnight blue which really makes the 2 a great combo

 

CJ, Looks like the metalic navy used back in the 50's and 60's. If I remember correctly it was called midnight blue.

the color looks better than i was thinking it would turn out.
