Smile Inexpensive Mods...

I just bought an '09 HHR LT and am looking to do a few mods to it. I am a little short on cash right now and was wondering what a few inexpensive mods are that I could start with. Any ideas please let me know. Thanks!

1) Debadge the HHR, costs nothing. Get some dental floss and take that clutter off. That goes for a dealership sticker as well if there is one.

2) Stubby Antenna, costs ~15-30 depending on shipping costs I guess?

So there, two decent mods all for under $50.

Take off the rear wiper, break off the little stop tab and reinstall. Then you can lift the wiper away from the window for cleaning and it will stay in place. It's free....

Thanks Everyone...

I think for now I am going to start with removing the dealer emblem, then paint the brake calipers, and making the lower grill from an article I read on here....that should keep me busy for a little while. Looking into adding the led lights to the headlight sooner or later too....

I did the rear wiper mod (mentioned above), pulled the DRL fuse so I am not running "low beams" all day long, swapped out my license plate lights with white LEDs, painted my bowtie emblems body color (no more seperating gold), painted muffler with black high-temp engine paint, added a nice stainless steel exhause tip, cut the threaded rods on all 4 door locks so my chrome lock stems would not poke the back side of my arm, tinted my side reflectors with Nite-Shade...
Those are the cheap mods...

for caliper i recommend the G2 kit. I have posted on it a few times before.

I also recommend getting some vinyl in the color of your choice and wrapping your bowties. For some how-to directions, send me a PM
