Installing Vent Visors in the cold?
I used the glue on models... but the ones that glue into the window channels, not the outside of the vehicle's doors. I think either will work, but if I ever choose to remove the visors there will not be any visible signs they were installed if you use the in-channel type.
It's easy. Just roll your window down, place the visor, roll the window up, down, up, down, up, down a few times. then down. Then remove the visor.
Clean the surface with alcohol and then remove the backing from the tape on the visor. Put it back in place and roll your window back up. Leave it up for 3-5 days and it will be permanently attached.
Like I said, we did this with my wife's Scion 3 years ago and they still look like new.
Good luck!

In channel Vent Visors
I like the In channel vent visors.
But i only installed the front ones on account of the rear ones don't cover the whole area, But i have the rear ones incase i change my mind, But She looks good with just the front vent visors applied.
We love our HHR.
