Because on the pass seat folds down for a desk or flat it has an extra pc of leather there to keep a gap from forming look close at your pass seat and you will see what I mean these leathers are made just like the ones in the car now.

Guys just so you know. Katzkin offers an Install kit for $75 with your purchase that you can literally do the seats your self with a pair of hog ring pliers from Sears or any tool store.

Katzkin seats usually ship out within 48 hours from day of order and from there you can have them in 2-4 days. Although the seats above are nice, you can also eliminate the piping and do the stiching in any color as well, in those seats case i would uggest the blue stiching which looks killer.

so I'm guessing this leather seat cover covered up the back rest pocket on the driver's side and the plastic plate on the passenger's back rest?

No I still have the storage pocket on the driver seat and the plastic table on the pass side.

I order them from CA and had them installed in Tampa but you can try
