Mirrors Painted/SS?? Same as a LS model??

Mirrors Painted/SS?? Same as a LS model??
Does any one know if one can paint a black matt finish like on the LS??Are they the same as the ones on a SS only painted to match the car.Or is the mirror a special one to get to paint to match a SS??
