Which mods do you consider tacky?

I own a 1974 MGB myself. I do have the Webber down draft carb with a real choke on it so I can actually drive it in the winter.
The heater in it is not so good so I have a little electric heater I can plug in to the cigarette lighter usually thaw the windshield with when its very frosty.
I don’t like to drive it in the winter much anymore but it’s a real head turner in the nicer weather.
My brother in law had a 1953 MGA that he restored to Concours condition and won some trophies with. Shortly after he got it and managed to make it run properly he stopped by my place and traded me for the day. I had a nearly new at the time 1972 Kawasaki 350 S2 three cylinder sport bike he wanted to ride a while and he knew how much I wanted to drive his MG.
The tank on the Kawasaki was full and the tank in the MG was just under half full when we left. I went up to Superior and he went over to Park Falls from Bruce Wisconsin.
I was back hours before he was. Spending that day in his little buggy got me hooked but it was many more years before I took the plunge to actually buy an MG of my own.

I saw what must be the most tacky bolt on mod for any vehicle ever.
It just happened to be on an HHR in Cleveland Tennessee. It was a set of 4 plastic wheel covers that I can only guess were supposed to make it look like a stock set of steel wheels were custom 22” rims.
Yes,... the plastic was on top of the rubber sidewalls of the standard tires. I only wish I had had my camera along. The car had Alabama plates on it.

I've never had a problem with speed bumps after I lowered it. Just go slow and don't hit them at 20mph. That is why they are called speed bumps.
