My bowtie fell off!

I haven't posted here in forever, but I'm having trouble locating a replacement for the bowtie that fell off the grill of my 2006. I noticed last week that it was missing - all that was left was glue. I had been planning to order a decal anyway, so I thought I would just use the decal instead of ordering a new emblem. Well, guess what? The decals are made to fit over the stupid emblems and it didn't fit!

So now I've wasted $20 on a decal (the rear one worked, since that bowtie is still there), and I'm going to need a new emblem AND another decal. I looked around on ebay but didn't see any for the HHR. Any good websites where I can find a replacement?

Nope, I killed the warranty long ago. About to turn over 67k miles.

Thanks for the link, hurst. I had just found one elsewhere but it was $40.

I'm betting there are plenty sitting around in the garages of members here.

You could check e-bay or do a search on line for a bowtie. Might be cheaper than the dealer.

I have not priced them at the dealership... but are they really that expensive at a local dealership?
