I had a bad experience with them, but on a different style grille.

You have to like it is all that is needed.

Personally, those upper grills look " unfinished" to me with out some sort of framing around them. I have the lower, it's ok. Fills the hole as needed.

I just noticed they were the same company when you said that. Yea, I also had problems with the same grill as you. I had to fight for a refund. maybe the billet fits better.

I ordered a chrome mesh grille from them last summer for my HHR.
I was not impressed with the packaging, although the grille was not damaged.
Then when I opened it the outer frame had fine scratches and the mounting studs were welded backwards, and the mesh was not welded straight in the frame. (put in their fixture backwards)
I called and complained. The lady I talked to very was apologetic and asked me to take a picture of the grille and send to them just so they could see. They credited my charge card imediately after receiving the picture. I was also told they did not want it back, as they considered it "junk."
I did not re-order from them, as I was not impressed with the product.
The type you are looking at could possibly be different.
I would deal with them again if I knew what I was getting.
Good luck.......

It looks to be very similar if not he same grill I have. No problems mounting it, take a few minutes to get it perfect, there are small adjustments to be made if your anal about that kind of stuff... Looks good price is good. Im sold... You can look at the Supporting Venders for grills as well!!

That was mine until the highlighted part..... They insisted I sent it back and they said I damaged it........ They finally refunded after PayPal got involved.

I ordered this one, and got it in perfect condition, no problems or flaws. I had ordered this same one from another place and it had overspray from the coating on the backs of the bars, but as for this vendor, i did not have a problem.
