wow! haven't seen that one! I am wanting one of the 3 bar grills but i am not skilled to make one and don't see one for sale. i think a 3-bar grill painted body color would be sweet...

Looks like the seller I bought the grill from still has 5 of the upper for sale on E-Bay. Less than $80.00 shipped for a stainless grill is a great deal considering the plastic ones are running about $100.00.

You don't need flex additive in the grill. Flex additive is needed in parts like bumpers because of the material that they are made of, and that is only mainly needed if you bump something with them, so the paint will flex with the part. It has nothing to do with roadchips.

Your grill is made out of a hard, durable, not "flexible" plastic, that is in a spot that doesn't flex. Just proper part prep, with a correct primer and paint, and possibly even a clearcoat, will last just as well as the rest of the paint on your HHR
