You could also probably black it out using electrical tape, or the special black out tape some auto stores sell.

THANKS DON!!! I may have to hit you up on it! Going to try and get it before the Comanche cruise--my BIL is the one who suggested I get it and was even asking me last night when I was going to put it in--was glad to hear it may be soon!

It's funny--he and my sister now always comment on how 'plain' the 'other' HHR's they see look compared to what they've seen on Blackie and the ones at our g2g's (they stopped by Mike's after church).

Can't wait to see pix of yours, Jeremy!

A little dark--but I can see it! Looks nice!
OK, I'm a dork-I needed to move the screen of my laptop--see it MUCH better now! Very nice!
Was it difficult to install?

I see you have the chrome package like me--is it shiny enough to match the rest?

I know, it is a dark pic, really hard to see what it actually looks like. It is quite shiny, a subtle enhancement that I am happy with. It was VERY easy to install, just 4 clips that you attach and tighten all of the hardware. It isn't going anywhere, and I didn't have to do any drilling...it fills the hole completely as well.
