New mods

Can we be a little more descriptive in the title of our postings? I think it would be a little easier to follow the threads (and search on them later) .

And here I was expecting something to have been added/changed to yours with this title.

I'm with jx3 on this one....thought I'd hear about or see some mod on this thread. I would also venture to guess that this should be on the general board, rather than the appearance section. My understanding is that theAppearance section is for actual discussions on appearance mods and pics of them. The general board is where things should be put when your post doesn't fit better into any of the other sections.

Also...when using the search function, it searches for the words you specify...not only in the title, but in the body of each post as well.

I do use search when I'm looking for something specific. I wasn't aware that it searched within the body of the posts (but I will remember that for the future). My main reason for that rant was that I hate to find a whole page of threads that all say the same thing and are not pertaining to what I wanted to look at. I DO understand that most people are proud of their mods but all I am asking is that they be a little more descriptive for what they are posting. There may be a new widget mod mixed in with 6 different posts on door lock mods on the same page and they may all be titled "My new mod". If this thread needs to be moved, then please move it to the appropriate place. The title was used intentionally to prove my point.

Maybe you should bring this up to the Mods and the Admin. And let them do what they think is best. That would be a lot of backtracking to relocate all of the info posted so far. Send a PM to the above mention people and see what they think.
