Cool New Tuner Style lug nuts

Well, I was tired of the cheap OEM lugs that kept getting ripped up when I rotated my tires, so I decided to go for a change-up in looks. I had a set of these Gorilla tuner lugs on my Eldo a few years back and was very happy with them. I went with the anodized red ones here to match the calipers and I think they look great!

Fairly reasonable mod for a little over $40. I like the fact that they have plenty of clearance to prevent scraping the rims when removing with the included deep well socket wrench. It has a special spline pattern on the outside so they double as a wheel lock also.

A few pics...

12x1.5 mm. I am pretty sure that this would be the same on all HHR's, but mine is an SS.

I think the blue would look great on your ride. It would add a nice accent to your wheels.

I really like that little bit of added color.

I did something similar and love it when someone notices. even when they don't, I still like it.
