That's why I do all of my own maintenance. The minimum wage people & others will never care about your car as much as you do.

Sorry to hear about the dent. At least the shop is going to get it fixed. I would still wait for the SOB to get off work and let him have it

Same here. After getting home from the last iffy lube I ever used, I found that the oil filter wasn't tightened. I was able to spin it off by hand. That was four years ago. I decided my maintence was too important to leave it to chance that I'd run across such poor work again. I agree no one cares about your car as much as you do.

I will be doing it next time. I have the ramps, I have all the tools, all I have to do is buy the oil by the case.

That just sucks Gambler. Sounds like it's just not your couple of days. Good luck on your repairs.

Sorry to here that, Mr. G.

You know, I have had that kind of luck with the last 2 vehicles. My HHR is 2 months old now, and nothing yet. Opps, I think I may have just jinxed myself.

I've been doing my own since 1967.

After three complaints in one day two people should have been fired, the guy doing the oil change and the one that didn't correct the problem after the first complaint. Just my worth.

The first time might be understandable, accidents do happen, but definitly not more than that!
