Opening Taillights

Any one open a taillight? I want to remove the lens from the backing. Is it just glued on. I want to modify the Lens on the inside.

Check with Peevlos. He's done some modding to both his head and tail lights.

They are either glued or plastic welded together. They do come apart though. I ran a razor blade around it and they popped apart. Cutoff wheel on a dremel would probably be better.

You should add led rings to them.

If pics would help I may have some of what you're looking for... I cut the lenses off of the set I did. They where junk anyway so it was easier to hack them off then separate them.
