Still have to purchase the outer cover part as
U can only get that from Detroit !

Con doesn't come with all the pieces!
You still need the cross frame it does

Don't get me wrong but when you power coat something it must be heated as it's final step. How was that done with a plastic grill?

It isn't the 400 degrees would deform and melt the plastic.
