i wish i did take a pic before, i sprayed them but then i sanded them and re primed them today lol

 

when should i apply clear coat?? i know when your painting to spray the next coat before it dries..is this the same for clear coat or do you do it AFTER its dry? I never have any luck with clear coat coming out nice and shiny, usually turns whatever i just painted all specly from the spray paint mist
