Paint Spill

Ok, so I had a bottle of touch up paint in a case in the cargo area. Guess the cap wasn't on tight, and it dumped.... It was in a milk crate with some other car cleaning supplies, and the crate was sitting on a folded car drying towel. Well I noticed the paint smell Saturday (the day it spilled) and figured it was from the night before when I washed the car, my dad was painting a tailgate and I put the car in the garage with the doors open. Well yesterday I went to clean out the back, and saw this. The paint seeped through the couple layers of the towel, and left a smallish stain on the carpet cargo mat.

Does anyone know of any way I can get this paint off?

Don't use anything made to remove house paint. You can call local bodyshops and see what products they may know of. I have never had to do this so I'm not much help.

Probably happened after you opened it to show Dayton the color of it. That sucks that it spilled all over your cargo mat. I dont know how or what you would use to clean it off Eric.

If you can't get it out you can always say it was a Russian Made Military Cargo Mat given to you by Mikal Gorbachev himself!

I think I might take it up town to the car detailing place and see what they can do.... I wouldn't think they'd charge too much for that...
