My .........

Would have been a whole lot less work w/ the vinyl overlay if you wanted to keep the gold outline. I prefer the whole bowtie 1 color.

What kind/brand of paint do you use to paint things like your bowtie?

Kind of paint and brand varies widely.

How about a suggestion on a good brand. Im completely knew to this. What kind would you use if it were your HHR? Thanks!

The above pic is my HHR (the closest one)!! Also new at this too!

I painted it using an airbrush. The paint I used is Createx for airbrush. No special preps for it, just cleaned and painted/clear coated.

I would look for something with good plastic adhesion, or get it custom mixed at an auto paint store with the flex agent used for bumpers since it will expand and contract with temperature changes.
