Painting the dashboard

Has anyone done this yet? and if so how hard is it? Because if I paint the dashboard, I dont want that bump pattern showing

Thats looks amazing!!! Thanks for the link but I was wondering if anyone has done it themselves? The guy in the link had a dealer do it or am I better off getting a dealer to do it because of that flexing issue?

I think the tweed looks really nice. so does the paint but with that gloss I know the glare on the windshield is horrible, If you paint it i would do it in flat paint.
