painting the hhr finally

i got started fixing dents this weekend. i shaved the rear wiper and squirter. i plan on taking the bowtie off the back, frenching the lic. plate somewhere in the front bumper, and smoothing out the humps and relectors. all the chrome will get painted too.

after 55,000 miles in 1 year the hood is in bad shape

if you roll the lips be more careful thant i did

i found a lot more dents after sandinf the car some so its taking a long time to get straight. its also been a real pain smoothing out the front bumper.
so i still dont know if i like the design im gonna do in black or not. it may jst end up being a simple 1" stripe down the body line. i layed out some take to see what it looked like on the car.
