Painting my running boards

I was looking at painting my 'boards'. If you look at the design, the 'running board' part sticks out from the fenders. I was thinking of leaving this part silver & painting the 'fender' parts black (B). And then I like the all black too (C). It seems the cleanest (& meanest ). Or should I leave it as-is? Which version do you like best?

Whatever "floats you boat"....

Do what you like, not rely upon other opinions. Otherwise, if you look for opinions, you MUST implement what others like.... not necessarily what you like!!

Paint it, paint it, paint it, paint it black

And while you're looking for opinions - lose the chicklets

Full black looks best in my opinion, but the partial looks much better than what you have now I think...

You know, partial actually looks pretty cool. Don't think I've ever seen that idea before.
