Looks great.

Are panels pretty rare where you live?

Yes they are. I've only seen one other orange one locally. LS

I guess that Harley-Davidson cannot file suit against you for trademark infiringement. That logo probably represents free advertising, however inadvertently.

The logo is not the same shape or aspect, but obviously very close. That shape is trademarked, but my logo's shape is not the same just similar. Lloyd

I own a sign and graphics company and I would say that if it looks close then you could have problems. If people look at it and think Harley Davidson then it could be a problem. Harley Davidson is one of the companies that likes to go after people and companies that use or duplicate their trademark. You would have to prove to a judge that they are not close. Example colors, font, bar and shield. With all that sid it still looks good.

Love the color! I always said a panel is a blank canvass in need of customizing.

Don't get your legal advise of the intarwebnets, but you might want to contact an IP attorney before you get your pants sued off of your backside...

Generally, all that's needed to infringe is that your action...

...creates a likelihood of confusion on the part of ordinary customers as to the source or association... (see Two Pesos, Inc. v. Taco Cabana, Inc. (91-971), 505 U.S. 763 (1992). )
The mere fact that reasonable people in this thread, familiar with the industry (including myself) called out the similarity is likely sufficient to be considered infringement.
